Scratch Better Privacy Policy

Scratch Better is a scratch-off ranking app. We are not a lottery and we do not sell tickets. Scratch Better is not affiliated with any state lottery.

What we collect

• Home state. The lottery state you pick in the app. Used to show that state's catalog and, if you turn on Pro alerts, to know which state to watch. We do not collect GPS, lat/lng, or county.
• Anonymous device id. A random id on the device so unlocks and preferences can persist. It is not your name or Apple/Google account.
• Optional sign-in. Apple or Google sign-in is optional. The catalog works without an account. Sign-in lets Pro you bought on iPhone load on the web.
• Purchases. Pro is sold through the Apple App Store. Apple and RevenueCat process the subscription. We do not see your card number.
• Ads. Free users can watch a Google AdMob rewarded video to unlock Great/Skip, insights, or the map until the next data update. We do not request advertising ID (IDFA/GAID) for tracking.

What we do not do

• No location beyond the state you choose.
• No account required to browse games.
• We do not sell your data.
